The Mini Cloud is designed for couples who have planned the major details but want a professional to step in, refine the final pieces, and flawlessly execute the wedding day. This package ensures every detail you’ve worked so hard to plan comes together seamlessly.
Led by a Master Certified Wedding Planner, from the day you sign your contract our partnership begins. We will have an onboarding meeting and approved vendor meeting to see where you currently are in your planning journey. If you haven't started that is ok. This meeting will help us establish a baseline and help your planning journey no matter where you are. Then as you are planning, you will receive monthly check-ins along the way, unlimited email support and access to our approved vendor guide. Once you reach 90 days before your big day, I will step in and review your amazing plans, connect with your vendors, and finalize the logistics that make your day flow effortlessly. You'll also receive a dedicated rehearsal to ensure everyone feels prepared and confident.
On your wedding day, we will manage the full timeline, coordinate your vendors, oversee setup for your ceremony and reception, and handle light DIY décor from placement to pack‑up.
